Effective immediately, for all claims with Dates of Injury 1/1/2011 and after, your pharmacy program services for your workers’ compensation prescriptions will be handled through Express Scripts.

A new Express Scripts prescription-drug ID card will be sent to you and you should begin using the Express Scripts card at any Express Scripts Workers’ Compensation participating pharmacy.
