Ms. Flores began her career at PacificComp in 2003. As leader of PacificComp’s marketing and customer service functions, she is primarily responsible for all customer-facing aspects of PacificComp’s operations. She also coordinates participation in trade shows and industry events and manages the broker approval process. Working closely with producers and policyholders, Stephanie ensures that PacificComp’s commitment to the highest level of service is met daily.
Prior to her election as Assistant Vice President in March of 2016, Stephanie previously served as Marketing Operations Manager and Marketing Supervisor Representative at PacificComp. She has also worked at Alliance, EBI, and Republic Indemnity insurance companies. A life-long learner, Stephanie has a degree in English from California State University – Sonoma and has taken several specialized business courses from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
